Employee training is essential for companies who wish to compete in a fast-changing business world.

When an organization has a number of employees who need to learn new skills, in-house training is oftentimes the most economical solution. In-house training involves bringing a trainer to any location of choice to deliver a customized training program for a group of employees. The group may consist of employees who work together in teams, or who work in various company locations across the country, or across the globe.

In-house training may be held at the corporate headquarters or at an off-site location. It may also be held virtually depending on the needs.

Benefits of In-House Training Programs

a?¢ Training is fully-customized for any team, department, or organization

a?¢ In-house training combines traditional presentation of material with hands-on practice, ensuring that employees leave the training with skills they can apply immediately on the job and beyond

a?¢ Training is confidential, allowing teams to discuss and work on real issues as trainers will usually sign confidentiality agreements.

a?¢ In-house training encourages team building and better understanding of one another.

Types of In-House Employee Training Programs

A variety of in-house training programs are available that organizations incorporate into their core training curriculum. Topics include leadership development, time management, team building, communication, diversity, effective listening skills, creativity and innovation, decision making, and more.

How Much Does In-House Training Cost?

Because in-house training programs are customized for the specific needs of each group, pricing will vary. If you have 8 or more employees, in-house training is typically a more cost effective solution than sending employees to a public training session.

Invest In Employee Development with In-House Training Programs

Investing in the development of employees can boost an organization's productivity, employee motivation and engagement, profits, and customer satisfaction. As such, one needs to choose the most appropriate employee training programs for his or her business.

  3. QUESTION:
she's starting to sleep in the sofa :( no sex in the past 2 1/2 years?
I've been married for almost 3 years. we have a 2 year old daughter. we married really quick for legal issues (I am Italian), and the baby came right after the wedding.
    I love her so much, I am 24, she's 28.
After she got pregnant we had sex probably 8 times. 8 times since January 2007.. Man that's hard!! we went through counseling, we went to psychiatrist and psychologist.
they all say we are just too different, 2 different cultures.
She needs to stay alone..I need to have a partner
She has no friends, she has been unemployed for the past year, she's depressed, she can't find a job and she spends all the time at home with the baby. or chatting online with her virtual friend.

I work, I make every night dinner, I spend time with the baby in the week-end and I pay the bills.
She has been refusing to have sex with me for 2 and 1/2 years, not one little thing, I don't hang out with my friends that much because I'm careful to my wallet and trying not to get girls to get in my pants. (we live in NY).

I think I've been patient enough. I feel miserable but I love my daughter. should I file for divorce? Isn't divorce bad for kids?In what position am I going to be tho? Do I have to support her in addition to childsupport? how can I afford to pay 2 rents in NY? we were going to buy a house hoping things would have changed but the idea vanished since she started to sleep in the sofa every night.

Her mom got married 3 times and still single, her dad divorced her mom and got married. her sister got married once, divorced and 2 kids from 2 different guys.

Does that make any sense or they are only coincidences?
I think I don't deserve to keep living like this..I am pretty sure there would not be any improvement in the relationship.. I mean 2 1/2 years went by and nothing changed..

    Any advice?

She says she's not attracted to me anymore, I am not a good father because I don't spend enough time reading stories to our daughter, and I don't respect her will to be a painter.. (trying to be a painter in this economy doesn't pay the bills, I am sorry)..
I get home at 7pm, make dinner for me and my daughter, I watch some tv or a play with my daughter and sometimes I work on the computer on projects for my job). I don't think I am a bad father at all.. I don't do drugs and I drink responsably..
Maria.. she has no friends..all her girlfriends she went out before pregnancy are not at her level anymore..(they all like to party too much) and not going out of the house she can't make new friends..
I will be too hard on her to take the baby away..she's a really good mom to my daughter.. plus my job wouldn't allow me to spend enough time with my daughter..
Kimballz.. I would be proud of her and support her businnes if she can act like it and make money out of it.. but for the past 2 years she sat on her ass pricing her paintings for thousands of dollars..
That's when I told her it was stupid and she got offended.. You cant' sell a painting for 00 being nobody.. you won't sell it on ebay just because you live in NYC.
I make more money with my photography side job too!!

    • ANSWER:
It seems like the issue is more than just sex. Sounds like she is suffering from depression. Maybe she needs to get some help for herself.

Keep in mind that for most women, sex does not equal love. Just because she's not having sex with you doesn't mean she doesn't love you. Sometimes it's hard to get into sex when life gets in the way.

If you really tried everything to make your marriage work, then maybe it's time to get out. Check with a lawyer before actually leaving though. You don't want her to accuse you of abandonment.
